EMMA CHRISTENSEN is the recipe editor for The Kitchn, where her writing also appears daily. A homebrewer, she is the author of True Brews, as well as a contributing writer and recipe developer forThe Kitchn Cookbook (Clarkson Potter, fall 2014). Emma graduated from the Cambridge School for Culinary Arts in 2008.
