About the Author
As a head teacher, Richard Gerver famously transformed a failing school into one of the most creative and celebrated education environments in the world. His work at the Grange School in Derbyshire led to him being named Headteacher of the Year at the National Teaching Awards 2005, and advising the UK government on education policy. He is now one of the UK’s most popular speakers, with an international roster of clients including Google, Microsoft, and RBS. He makes frequent appearances on the BBC and has written for the Times and the Daily Telegraph. His first book was Creating Tomorrows’ Schools Today. He lives in Derbyshire with his wife and two children.
