Ian R. Leslie received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Albany in New York, with a minor in journalism. A freelance writer, he was director of marketing for the Lowcountry Economics Network, an economic development firm in Beaufort, South Carolina. He is the coauthor of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Getting Into Top Colleges.
