Elizabeth Spurr

Elizabeth Spurr is a born storyteller with a knack for creating believable characters. Her career has always including writing, from newspaper editor to advertising copywriter. Eventually, she retired to write children’s books full-time, and has published more than 18 titles. Elizabeth has five children, including one who loves to surf. She lives with her husband in Cayucos, California, a beach town much like the book’s Whaler’s Cove.
