Donna Diegel


About the Author

Donna Diegel has been a pastry chef at four different inns in New England and was the founder of a Vermont-based baking company. Her writing appears on such food websites as Providence Food Examiner, Baking and Desserts, and the National Food Blog Examiner. She has authored two self-published vegetarian cookbooks as well as The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Vegan Baking.
