Dolores A. Mize, PhD, is the associate vice chancellor for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Dr. Mize is also a senior policy advisor for the Educational Policy Institute. She was formerly vice president for Public Policy and Research at the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education in Boulder, Colorado. She is the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Going Back to College.
