A. E. Cannon

A. E. Cannon, formerly a writer for the Deseret News, is a columnist for the Salt Lake Tribune and an author of many children’s books. Some of her titles are Sophie’s Fish, What’s A Mother To Do?, On the Go with Pirate Pete and Pirate Joe, and the novel The Loser’s Guide to Love and Life. Cannon teaches creative writing at King’s English Bookshop in Salt Lake City and works with the Utah Humanities Council. She has five sons, two granddaughters, one husband, and a huge number of pets.
