AVIVA WITTENBERG learned to cook at her mother’s side and honed her skills in the kitchen cooking for her family. She has been sharing her adventures in lunch packing online for the last 7 years, which have made creating a midday meal a nearly effortless task. Aviva is an advocate for food education, teaching children to grow and cook their own food and takes enormous pleasure teaching her own children about the world around them through the food they eat. She was born and lives in Toronto with her family.
