About the Author
Katherine Towler completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and earned an MA in writing at Johns Hopkins and an MA in English Literature at Middlebury College. She has been awarded fellowships by Yaddo, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts, and served as the George Bennet Fellow at Philips Exeter Academy. She lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with her husband. Snow Island is her first novel.
