Manuela Rüther is a trained chef who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Vau in Berlin She has published several cookbooks and has been awarded the Gourmand Cookbook Award by the Gastronomische Akademie, one of the most prestigious German cookbook awards. Manuela is a recipe creator and a photographer in her Cologne studio for clients such as the renowned Feinschmecker magazine or kitchen equipment brand Zwilling.
