After several years of cooking in well-known restaurant kitchens, Sasha Seymour left the chef life and is now a professional food and prop stylist. Her work has appeared in such publications as The Globe and Mail, House & Home, Best Health, Runner’s World, and cookbooks by Chef Lynn Crawford. When she’s not writing, cooking, or thinking about food, Sasha can be found at the nearest farmers’ market. She lives in Toronto.
