Kristine Hansen has served as a food and beverage author for a multitude of publications, including Low Carb Energy, Fresh Cup, Milwaukee Magazine, Organic Style, as well as the largest weekly newspaper in Wisconsin, the Shepherd Express. Kristine cowrote the book The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Coffee and Tea along with colleague and fellow food writer Travis Arndorfer.
