A noted nutrition researcher and author, Monica Reinagel has written and edited numerous books, articles, and other publications on health, nutrition, and diet. Her books include Life Extension Revolution: The New Science of Growing Older without Aging and Secrets of Evening Primrose Oil. To promote her philosophy of staying healthy and living well, Monica combines the science of preventive nutrition with the fun and flair of gourmet cooking. She studied nutrition at the University of Bridgeport and received her professional culinary training at l’Academie de Cuisine in Washington, DC.Currently, Monica is researching the inflammatory effects of foods for her next book.
