Since then, she has trained and coached hundreds of tech leaders at TikTok, Facebook, eBay, and WPP inspiring others and helping organizations build healthy workplaces. She is a TEDx speaker and believes in ‘replacing fear with purpose’ – the title of her TEDx talk. Michal holds three university degrees and lives with her husband and four children in London, UK.
