Ash sees art as a tool to strengthen social movements for our collective liberation—against imperialism, colonialism, and racial/environmental injustice. Ash has illustrated impactful children’s books to teach on lessons of racial justice, LGBTQIA+ liberation, and climate justice—including #1 New York Times bestselling children’s book Antiracist Baby.
