Nick Park

Gromit is a talented knitter, baker, and gardener. He has twice received awards for his marrows in competition. Although he is widely read, this is his first book. He would like you to know that he is a good dog.

Nick Park is a four-time Academy Award winner, three for Best Animated Short Film (Creature Comforts, The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave), and one for Best Animated Feature for The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. He has also received seven BAFTA Awards, including wins for A Matter of Loaf and Death and Vengeance Most Fowl. His film Chicken Run remains the highest-grossing stop motion animated film of all time. Since first introducing Wallace and Gromit in1989, Park has become one of Britain’s most beloved storytellers. This is his first book.
