Susana Briscoe-Alba is a dedicated Leadership Mentor and Career Consultant with over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, including roles in residence life, admissions, financial aid, and institutional advancement. She is the founder of Dunamis Coaching & Consulting, which focuses on elevating BIPOC individuals’ education, career positioning, and income. Her mission is to empower women of color to excel in their careers by providing essential tools and strategies. Susana lives in New York City with her husband and son.
