Eleanor Dooks, formerly writing as Eleanor Thom, is the author of the novel The Tin-Kin, which won the New Writing Ventures Award for Fiction and the Saltire First Book of the Year Award, and was featured on BBC TV’s The Culture Show.
Oona Dooks is Eleanor’s eleven-year-old daughter and an award-winning competitive swimmer and wheelchair user. Sea Legs is their debut nonfiction book, and it has won the World of Books Sustainable Story Award.
