John F. Schumaker

John F. Schumaker is an internationally known clinical psychologist and social critic who has authored and edited nine previous books on subjects delaing with culture, cross-cultural mental health, religion, suggestibility, dissociation, and self-deception. Originally from Wisconsin, he has spent the last twenty-five years living and working in different countries, including Zambia, South Africa, Thailand, Great Britain, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
