Martha Raddatz is the chief global affairs correspondent for ABC News. Her prolific career as a foreign policy journalist has spanned more than 20 years and includes correspondent roles in the White House, State Department, and Pentagon, all of which took her to conflict zones worldwide. She has won numerous awards, including the First Amendment Award from the Radio Television Digital News Foundation, Fred Friendly First Amendment Award, International Urbino Press Award, Daniel Pearl Award, Overseas Press Club Award, Merriman Smith Memorial Award, and National Headliner Award, as well as four Emmys. She is the author of The Long Road Home: A Story of War and Family.
