Jim Meehan is a bartender, educator, and author of Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Award-winning The PDT Cocktail Book and the James Beard Award-winning Meehan’s Bartender Manual. He is also the winner of the Tales of the Cocktail Best Bar Mentor Award. He has worked at some of New York City’s most popular restaurants and bars including Five Points, Gramercy Tavern, Pegu Club, and PDT. In addition to his work behind bars, Meehan edited eight editions of Food & Wine‘s annual cocktail book and currently serves as drinks editor for Tasting Table. He and his family reside in Portland, Oregon, where he operates his consulting firm Mixography, Inc.Bart Sasso is a multidisciplinary creative and is the principal and design lead at Sasso & Co., a creative agency that specializes in identity and branding. He is also partner and creative director at Ticonderoga Club, a critically acclaimed, genre-defying tavern in Atlanta.
