CALM is a great ally in the education of our sons and daughters. If we are able to maintain our serenity when faced with the different day-to-day situations that arise, we will be a comfort to little ones, who will learn by watching us how to calm down, self-regulate and channel their emotions. By teaching in the CALM we will be transmitting to them a great life skill that will help them to reach wellbeing and to feel complete and happy. Additionally, if we add LOVE to CALM, we will then be invincible in the art of teaching.
 
This book is a collection of six lovely stories where the protagonists are inhabitants of THE FOREST OF SERENITY and are geared toward families with boys and girls of all ages. They are stories to teach in the calm based on fundamental themes that one can encounter from day to day. You can learn how to confront problems and worries with serenity, exercise patience, maintain calm when faced with a difficult situation, to channel your energy, tranquility and concentration, as well as self-regulating and managing impulses by accompanying children in their learning and following their rhythms.
 
It includes a guide with keys to educating in the calm, relaxation exercises and free activities to download with each story.
