Eduardo Garcia is a classically trained chef and hunter who is always on the search for exceptional food experiences only found through traveling around the world. He’s flipped burgers, gone to culinary school, and even was a private chef on luxury yachts for a few years. Settled now in Montana, Eduardo founded MontanaMex, a condiments brand that blends his Mexican and Montana roots. Shortly after, Eduardo’s path took a turn when he become an amputee due to a hunting accident. With patience and determination he made his way back into the kitchen. Since then, he’s become globally recognized as a storyteller and acclaimed television host. His series Big Sky Kitchen, on the Magnolia network, won the James Beard Award for Educational Media. His deep love and admiration for the land and life permeates just about everything he does.
