Ms. Mirabel says we all have gifts and talents, and we unwrap them at different times. But Lily isn’t so sure. She hasn’t figured out what her talent is even though she’s great at identifying those of all her classmates: like Franny, who’s a talented talker, and Owen, who has a gift for listening. She knows that Savannah is a wonderful singer, Derek is masterful at burping, and James is the king of four-square. But what is Lily’s special gift?
This endearing, conversation-starting story will boost kids’ self-esteem and help them to appreciate the uniqueness of those around them.
