Hades is back on the throne—and hungry for a fight.

Desperate to save his best friend Haru from an untimely death, Seiji ventures into the underworld where years ago he’d picked up a pitch-black pomegranate that brought him untold misfortune. To his dismay, this time he lands himself squarely in the midst of a violent coup d’état against the rule of Heaven.

With no other allies but a stand-up judge of souls and a recently-deceased superstar, will Seiji manage to fight off the dark forces dead-set on ripping the pomegranate out of his bowels? Or will the seeds of that ungodly fruit destroy him from within before he even gets the chance?
