During the Christmas season, Margery and her team of dinner ladies are catering the green room at Ittonvale Winter Festival. A storm threatens to ruin the holiday fun – and so does an unknown threat.

Elliot, a high-profile food vendor, is found unconscious with a severe head injury, lying among toppled Christmas decorations.
