Like many otaku, he managed to reach adulthood without having learned much about navigating real-life relationships. When he reunites with Momo—his ex-girlfriend from back in high school, and the one who turned him on to BL in the first place—and they become nerd buddies, he’s dazzled by what it means to finally have like-minded friends.
