Natalia Aíza, LPC, MA, is an EMDR-trained therapist, writer, and mental health advocate. She is the author of Self-Guided Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for OCD (Zeitgeist). Her core mission is to expand access to evidence-based mental health support. Natalia provides free psychoeducation on her Instagram accounts @selfguidedtherapy and @letstalk.ocd.
