“Adolescents grapple with trauma and the meaning of life in this darkly humorous high school horror story set in the late 1990s. […] A fantastically bizarre and demented look at the teenage mindset.” —Kirkus Reviews
“A 1990s style horror romp with a playful time loop that entertains in ways you’d be surprised and outstanding artwork by Caitlin Yarsky… Dead Teenagers is another one of those stories by Jude Ellison S. Doyle that had me hooked from the first page. Doyle’s ability to craft a horrifying story with meaning, but also adding a spin to the tale that makes you stick around is like no one else. Add in the playful horror artwork by Caitlin Yarsky, not to mention lettering by Becca Carey, and you get one of hell of a horror comic.”—Capes and Tights
“A delightful, nostalgic tale.”—Comic Book Spot
“Weird, bloody, emotional, and much smarter than the premise first suggests. At first, it looks like a fun prom-night horror story where teenagers die in increasingly ridiculous ways. And it is that. Very much that. But it is also about identity, regret, queer characters, messy feelings, and the versions of ourselves we might become if we actually get the time to figure things out. […]Absolutely worth reading.” —Comic Warlocks
“Their understanding of the genre and getting the mercurial mix of horror and teen angst just right is on full display in Dead Teenagers and is the perfect treat for readers this spooky season and beyond.”—FREAK SUGAR
