Move from thinking about consciousness to practicing it—with 100+ simple exercises that blend neuroscience, mindfulness, and ancient wisdom to help you become more present, creative, connected, and fully alive.
Consciousness is a profound and complex concept that can mean different things to different people. The Consciousness Shift brings clarity to the conversation by focusing on what matters most: how to cultivate a felt sense of consciousness through accessible actions anyone can practice. Combining neuroscience with the traditions of yoga, Vedanta philosophy, and her upbringing in Nepal, Dr. Rajbhandari translates the often-abstract idea of consciousness into habits designed for everyday life. The result is a beautiful and resonant collection of simple, somatic, and natural practices to spark creative energy, strengthen relationships, and engage more fully with life.

She explores profound questions about human existence through the lenses of science, logic, reasoning, knowledge, and mysticism.
