Jeff Plate is a writer, attorney, professor, musician, and dad originally from Asbury Park, New Jersey. He is passionate about learning and teaching and has always cherished seemingly useless trivia.Jeff left high school early to hit the road with his first band, spending his teens and early twenties traveling the country and recording music. He later settled back home on the Jersey Shore and earned his law degree from Rutgers University.He has been an adjunct professor and a music teacher. He has even taught an air-guitar class. He does his best writing in front of his window overlooking Sandy Hook Bay, with the New York City skyline just beyond. Above all else, he hopes to pass on his love of life and the written word to his son.
