Yakone, her loyal hamster‑like companion Yago, and their faithful drone Ney press onward across a dying planet in search of hope, connection, and the joy of discovery. Guided by the clues in her father’s notebook, the trio arrive at a mysterious location known only as Kanrikyoku, an uneasy place where past echoes still linger.

Along the way, they meet Ruru, a peculiar girl whose presence brings both warmth and confusion – and reminds Yakone of something long forgotten: the simple comfort of being called by name. As their bond grows, so does Yakone’s sense of purpose in a world that seems to be fading with every step.
