Luis Nuñez de Castro Torres, better known as Luis NCT, is a classically trained Spanish artist and colorist from Valencia who transitioned from a successful career as a concept designer for film and video games into the world of graphic storytelling. He is widely recognized for his atmospheric and cinematic solo graphic novels, including the postapocalyptic sci-fi tale Sleepers and the critically acclaimed dark fantasy epics Wahcommo and the sequel, Kaya. Beyond his personal projects, he has established himself as a prominent colorist in the American comic market, collaborating with artist Jason Shawn Alexander on high-profile series such as Killadelphia, Empty Zone, and Spawn, where his expressive, painterly style blends traditional fine art techniques with modern digital illustration.
