Make These Bold Black Lime Brussles Sprouts
Redefine your holiday sides with this standout recipe from Simple Too by Yotam Ottolenghi.
Brussels sprouts are great all year round. In the festive season, though, we like to make an extra effort and embellish them with additional, complex flavors. Black limes are used for sharp acidity, along with white condimento, a balsamic condiment made from white grape must and white wine vinegar, which gives a delicate, sweet, and lightly sour flavor. Black limes and condimento are two brilliant ingredients to give as festive gifts to the food fans in your life.Â
