Billy Joe Daugherty served as the pastor of the 17,000-member Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, until his passing from earth to heaven on November 22, 2009. Billy Joe authored a number of books, including No Fear and God Is Not Your Problem, as well as a bestselling mini-book, This New Life. Billy Joe’s wife, Sharon, continues to pastor at Victory Christian Center, along with their four children and two sons-in-law.
