LINWOOD BARCLAY is the multimillion-copy internationally bestselling author of many previous novels, including The Accident, A Noise Downstairs, Fear the Worst, Broken Promise, Far From True, The Twenty-Three, Parting Shot, and No Time for Goodbye, and two thrillers for children. His books have been translated into more than two dozen languages. He wrote the screenplay adaption for his novel Never Saw It Coming, and The Accident has been made into a television series in France. Barclay lives in Toronto with his wife, Neetha.
