JIM KARAS, author of The Business Plan for the Body (Three Rivers Press), is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and worked as a private portfolio manager before creating Jim Karas Personal Training, LLC (formerly Solo Sessions), the most successful weight-loss management firm in Chicago. A frequent guest on ABC’s Good Morning America (he helped Diane Sawyer lose more than twenty-five pounds), he is also a contributing editor to Good Housekeeping magazine.
