Cathy Luchetti coauthored Women of the West, which received the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Award for Literary Excellence. Her Home on the Range: A Culinary History of American West won the James Beard Award for Best Writings on Food. She is also the author of Under God’s Spell: Frontier Evangelists, 1772-1915 and “I Do! : Courtship, Love and Marriage on the American Frontier.
