Sam Woodworth has been a personal trainer for many years. He earned a degree in exercise science from Ball State University in 2010 and is a certified Level 2 Functional Movement Systems professional. Sam strives to help clients of all ages attain functional movement, focusing on proper posture education to preserve a healthy spine and hips. As a trainer, Sam uses foam rollers and other myofascial-release techniques with his clients to improve posture and stability, increase range of motion, ease pain, and promote recovery.
