Dave Croatto, a long-time writer-editor at MAD Magazine, lives in New Jersey with his wife and two small children. Once, in a diner, Dave saw a woman take a spoonful of complimentary mints from a bowl by the cash register, and put the spoon directly into her mouth. This experience still haunts him and informs every single thing that he writes.
