Penny Barthel

Penny Barthel is a nutritionist, recipe developer, gardener, and plant nerd. Her garden and kitchen pursuits flow directly from her education and life experience. A certified cannabis horticulturist, Penny has a growing following through her Instagram, Small Garden Cannabis, and cannabis events known as Let’s Sesh Workshops. Penny is the mother of two amazing grown children and resides in the Bay Area with her wonderful husband, sweet cat, and as many plants as possible.
