James Strawbridge is a Cornish chef, food entrepreneur, and sustainable living expert. He first gained fame on the BBC2 TV program It’s Not Easy Being Green (2006-2009). More recently he’s made guest appearances on Channel 4’s Escape to the Chateau. James runs The Posh Pasty Company and an innovative product development agency Strawbridge Kitchen. Clients include Warren’s Bakery and Kelly’s Ice Cream. He is also the Executive Development Chef for Cornish Sea Salt. James’ book The Artisan Kitchen published in September 2020.
