About the Author
James Strawbridge is a Cornish chef, food entrepreneur, and sustainable living expert. He first gained fame on the hit UK TV show It’s Not Easy Being Green, which followed his family as they attempted to live a more sustainable lifestyle and ran for three seasons from 2006 to 2009. He has since presented on ITV1 The Hungry Sailors (2011-2013) and Saturday Farm (2013), which saw him cooking up delicious seasonal meals on rocket stoves, open fires, grills, and DIY smokers.
In addition to his TV work, James runs his own food business, The Posh Pasty Company, and an innovative product development agency Strawbridge Kitchen, with clients including Warren’s Bakery, Kelly’s Ice Cream, Trewithen Dairy, and St. Ewe Eggs. He is also the Executive Development Chef for Cornish Sea Salt.
