Annie Mare (she/they) writes in the queer contemporary romance genre. With Ruthie Knox, she also cowrites mystery (as Annie Mare) and romance (under the Mae Marvel pen name). Their novels have been critically recognized and bestselling. Annie Mare lives with her wife, two teenagers, two dogs, multiple fish, one cat, four hermit crabs, and a bazillion plants in a very old house with a garden.
