KAREN ELAINE is an artist, author, and teacher passionate about watercolor and paper crafting. Her lifelong mission is to encourage creativity to help people navigate life’s joys, complexities, and chal­lenges. Originally from Southern California, she lives and creates in her home studio near Sedona, Arizona. As the founder of Kumomi Studio, a creative consulting and design company, Karen Elaine has taught various online art and crafts classes and has developed creative products for the art materials industry for over three decades. Her innovative product development and generous teaching style have left indelible marks on the industry. A two-time breast cancer survivor, Karen has used her art and creativ­ity for healing, inspiration, and empowerment.
