RUBY TANDOH is a food writer and author, and has written on topics as diverse as sexuality and doughnuts for The New Yorker, The Guardian, Vice, ELLE, Eater, and more. She has been profiled in the New York Times and in numerous mainstream British publications. She’s particularly interested in debunking the so-called “wellness” fad and in supporting a more diverse and inclusive set of voices in food media. She lives in Brixton, England.
