Claire Damken Brown, PhD, is the founder of Damken Brown and Associates. She is an expert in workplace diversity management, gender communication in the workplaces, sexual harassment prevention, cultural fluency, and strategies for equal opportunity. Dr. Brown has given workshops and lectures for more than 25 years to businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. She is the coauthor of Code Switching: How to Talk So Men Will Listen, The Gender Communication Handbook, and Conflict and Diversity.
