Lisa Burke graduated from the University of Cambridge. She began her career at Sky News, where she covered science, weather, and the news for a decade, as well as hosted documentaries (including one in which she dived with whale sharks!). She has written and consulted on numerous science books, including DK’s How to be a Scientist and Mini Scientist series.
