About the Author

Jonathan Coleman is a New York Times-bestselling author of narrative nonfiction, a contributor to many magazines, including the New Yorker and New York Magazine, and a contributing editor of the Sunday Long Read, and has been a correspondent with CBS News and a professor of writing at the University of Virginia. AudioFile says that his is a voice “that will surely be heard often in times to come.” He has won two Telly Awards and a James Beard Award for Best Video Webcast as “the voice” of the Culinary Institute of America in Napa. He loves narrating audiobooks for many reasons, but perhaps the main one is the always-interesting people you collaborate with, as well as the characters who assemble around the democratic lunch table, and the endless food choices available for takeout. He lives in New York City.
