Raleigh Trevelyan

Raleigh Trevelyan (1923-2014) was a writer and historian whose books included Sir Walter Raleigh and The Golden Oriole. He also edited Italian Short Stories: Parallel Text. Born on the Andaman Islands, he later moved with his family to Pakistan before being sent to a boarding prep school in England at the age of eight. He later went on to study at Winchester College.
