Howard Ruff is the New York Times bestselling author of the original How to Prosper During the Coming Bad Years, still the bestselling financial book in history. Ruff recommended gold at $125 and silver at $2 in 1975, and sold out in the late seventies with gold above $700 and silver at $35.
